CUISINE
Some chefs and food critics call it farm to table, others the slow food movement. We at TÈ call it simply practical. Our restaurant is located in the center of some of the richest farmland in the world.
We gather seasonal ingredients from our Amish neighbors, as well as other offerings from our on-site organic vegetable and herb gardens. Micro greens and winter herbs come from our own organic greenhouse. Specialty ingredients are secured through top of the line purveyors that supply some of the finest restaurants in the country. Our specialty Italian ingredients arrive from Italy daily, with cheese being imported from France. Breads, pastas, gelatos and desserts are made fresh daily by our pastry chefs, using one hundred percent natural ingredients.
Our vegetarian menus are also offered on a daily basis. A special menu may also be designed to address other dietary concerns. Ingredients used in our recipes change seasonally, therefore the menu's shown are provided as samples only.
